Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery is 5-7 working days unless stated otherwise.

We will always aim to deliver within this timeframe and will contact you if we are made aware of any delays that might extend delivery.

Please get in touch before placing your order via our contact form if you would like a more accurate delivery timescale and we will endeavour to provide you with this information.

Estimated Delivery
Whilst we always aim to deliver orders within the timescales advertised on our website we unfortunately cannot guarantee this.

All lead times stated on our website are estimated and show how long we normally expect deliveries to take.

Estimated Delivery times can be found on the Additional Information tab and will be confirmed on the shopping basket and also in your order confirmation email.

Due to all delivery timescales being estimated we kindly ask all customers to allow an extra 7 working days on top of the estimated dates.

In Stock
If an item shows as 'In Stock' it means that a product is in stock with ourselves or our brand partner has confirmed stock availability on their most recent stock report.

The estimated delivery time shows you how long we normally expect your items to take to arrive with you.

Please note that we cannot guarantee direct delivery lead times until availability is confirmed by our brand partners.

On products with this status we will show an estimated delivery time based on the information provided to us by our brand partners.

Pre Order
This status means that a product is currently out of stock but our brand partners have provided us with an estimated date when we can expect more stock to arrive.

Any dates stated on pre-order products are estimates and we always keep you updated if these dates change.

Please note that standard delivery times still apply after our pre-order dates so you will need to add this on top of any pre-order dates.

We offer free delivery on orders over £49.95 to most of the UK.

The postage cost on orders under this amount is £6.95.
