Shop Pay Instalments

Shop Pay Instalments allows you to split your purchase into flexible payment options when you checkout with Shop Pay. You can choose to pay in 3 interest-free monthly payments or longer-term monthly payments, depending on your order amount.

3 Interest-Free Payments: For orders from £50 to £999.99, you can split your purchase into 3 equal, interest-free payments. The first payment is due at checkout, with the remaining 2 payments charged monthly.

Monthly Instalments: For orders over £1000, you can choose monthly payments over 3, 6 or 12 months.

Your purchase is divided into 3 equal payments spread over approximately 2 months:

• 1st payment: Due at checkout
• 2nd payment: Charged 1 month later
• 3rd payment: Charged 2 months after checkout

All payments are automatically charged to your saved payment method, and you'll receive email reminders before each payment.

Debit cards are accepted for all Shop Pay Instalments orders. Credit cards may also be available for certain orders.

The 3, 6 or 12 month payment optiona are completely interest-free with no hidden fees.

We may add longer term monthly instalment plans in the future that will include interest rates as outlined during checkout.

If you return an item paid for with instalments, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Your remaining payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

For monthly instalment plans, any interest already paid is not refundable.

Yes! You'll receive email reminders before each automatic payment is charged to your card.

Simply select Shop Pay at checkout, then choose your preferred instalment option from the available plans for your order amount.

Yes, Shop Pay Installments uses the same secure technology as Shop Pay to protect your payment information and personal details.
