Our standard delivery is 5-7 working days unless stated otherwise.

We will always aim to deliver within this timeframe and will contact you if we are made aware of any delays that might extend delivery.

Estimated Delivery
Whilst we always aim to deliver orders within the timescales advertised on our website we unfortunately cannot guarantee this.

All lead times stated on our website are estimated and show how long we normally expect deliveries to take.

Estimated Delivery times can be found on the Additional Information tab and will be confirmed on the shopping basket and also in your order confirmation email.

Due to all delivery timescales being estimated we kindly ask all customers to allow an extra 7 working days on top of the estimated dates.

If an item shows as 'In Stock' it means that a product is in stock with ourselves or our brand partner has confirmed stock availability on their most recent stock report.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for all orders over £49.95 where the destination is on the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days for items that are showing as in stock.

We do try to keep our website updated with the latest stock availability , but there will unfortunately be times when this is not possible - please do get in touch to check the current stock position of anything that you are interested in.

Please also let us know in advance if you need something urgently and we will do our best to expedite the delivery.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order at your own cost.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days from when we receive the item(s).
