This is an important section of the site explaining the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when you use and/or shop from the SimplyBaby website.
Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this website, and so therefore cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. SimplyBaby accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access to the website.
Certain (hypertext) links in this site may lead to other websites, which are not under the control of SimplyBaby. When you activate any of these you will leave the SimplyBaby website and SimplyBaby has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any website which is not under the control of SimplyBaby.
FREE DELIVERY on purchases over £49.95 to the UK mainland excluding the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or other offshore locations. (Delivery charges are per order, not per item).
For purchases under £49.95 we only charge the small amount of £4.95 to the UK mainland excluding the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or any other offshore locations.
All deliveries are via tracked carrier and you will be emailed notifications of your delivery.
Please refer to the delivery lead-time on the product page to see the estimated delivery time for that particular item.
Goods usually arrive between 8.30am and 6.30pm . If you are out when the courier arrives they will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour OR leave a card advising where the parcel has been delivered to. If they have been unable to deliver they will make two further attempts. If they are still unsuccessful they should leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
We deliver to many other EU countries, to see which and for our very competitive charges you can use the 'estimate delivery' calculator on our full site buy adding required items to the basket and using the calculator, you do not have to sign to use this. The actual cost per parcel varies from country to country. Please add an item to your basket and then visit our shopping basket page where you will find a postage cost calculator. Please note that larger bulky items such as car sears and travel systems are often unavailable for delivery out side of the UK so please get in touch beforehand if you are interested in a particular item.
Cancellations and Returns:
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your order with us, you are able to do so at any time before the goods are dispatched by requesting so with your order details to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is cancelled in writing before your goods are dispatched a full refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days.
If once you receive your item, you still wish to cancel your order; you have a 7 day cooling off period starting from the following day after delivery but please note that we do not provide a free returns service. We kindly ask that you pay only to return goods you need to return, unless of course they are faulty or sent in error. Please ensure that you receive a proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. Simply Baby can’t be held responsible for lost parcels.
If you want to return a large/ heavy item we can arrange a collection for you but this will incur a fee of £19.95 per parcel which will be deducted from your refund.
To return or exchange goods, simply package the goods in suitable wrapping and return to us at the following address with an enclosed note stating your order number, name and address details, whether you would like an exchange or refund and your reason for this.
If any items to be exchanged are more expensive than the original items, you will need to supply a daytime telephone number which allows us to contact you during office hours; this is so we can obtain payment details for the additional charges. If however the item is of less value we will refund the difference on processing the exchange.

We will process your return as soon as possible, although we kindly ask you to leave anything up to 7 days for processing. You have a statutory right to have a full refund including the outbound postage and packing charges if you notify us in writing within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods that you intend on returning your order to us.
Faulty or damaged goods / Goods sent in error:
If there is a problem with your order or your order is not complete please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues you may have.
We don't expect you to pay to return faulty goods, or goods sent to you in error and we will therefore arrange a collection for you - all you need to do is contact us regarding the item in question and advise us of an address from where the item can be collected from, along with a telephone number that the couriers can call you on if necessary. Please note that we cannot specify a time that the collection will be made on, only the day.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, Simply Baby may require a photograph in order to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Please be aware that it is the procedure of some manufacturers to replace any faulty components rather than replacing the whole item if possible to do so. However we will always ensure that the product is suitable for use and of satisfactory condition.
Where a product appears to have a manufacturers fault within its guarantee period, please contact us via email with a photograph and detailed description of the fault. Upon receipt of this information we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to begin a warranty claim.
Please note: Warranty periods very between different manufacturers.
We advise you to register for your warranty where applicable.

Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without SimplyBaby prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Acceptance of orders:
Please note that your initial order confirmation is only an acknowledgment that we have received your order – it does not constitute a contract between us. We advise you of this in case we have made any errors in pricing and description, or if we are unable to fulfill your order. We will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible if we have any stock problems or need to make you aware of any errors in pricing or description.
SimplyBaby reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
Credit and Debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may submit your orders for further checks to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers’ transactions. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
SimplyBaby has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.
If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).
SimplyBaby has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
