Delivery is free to most UK postcodes on purchases over £49.95 - any orders on or below this amount will be charged at £2.95 for delivery.
Please note that all references to delivery are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If you order an item that states a 72 hour delivery, it will be delivered to you in 72 working hours or 3 working days. We are also unable to dispatch orders on evenings, weekends or public holidays and process them on the next working day following receipt of your order.
For example, an Item ordered on Sunday on a 72hr / 3 working day delivery would be dispatched on the next working day (Monday) and would be delivered within three working days later (Thursday)

An minimum additional cost per parcel of £14.95 applies to all deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or any other offshore location that is part of the UK (actual price depends on parcel weight).
The actual cost per parcel varies from country to country. Please add an item to your basket and then visit our shopping basket page where you will find a postage cost calculator. Please note that larger bulky items such as car sears and travel systems are often unavailable for delivery out side of the UK so please get in touch beforehand if you are interested in a particular item.
We use DPD for all single item orders and Interlink Express for multiple item orders - both are part of the same company and use the same technology for deliveries.
Please include your mobile number and double check that you have entered the correct email address with your order. DPD and Interlink both offer a service called Predict, which sends you an email and text message on the day of delivery that provides you with a one hour time window for delivery.

Products on Simply Baby can only be delivered to the card registered address used for the purchase for security reasons.
Returns & Exchanges:
We are happy to accept returns when you change your mind as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, the goods are unused, have not been installed or labels removed and are packaged as new in the original packaging.
Please note that any returns are made at your own cost and only standard delivery charges will be refunded - any express delivery or out of area/offshore delivery charges are non-refundable.
To return or exchange goods, simply package the goods in suitable wrapping and return to us at the following address with an enclosed note stating your order number, name and address details, whether you would like an exchange or refund and your reason for this.
If any items to be exchanged are more expensive than the original items, you will need to supply a daytime telephone number which allows us to contact you during office hours; this is so we can obtain payment details for the additional charges. If however the item is of less value we will refund the difference on processing the exchange.

Returning Car Seats & Pushchairs
We want your online car seat and pushchair purchase to be as simple as it would be buying through your local store, so want you to be absolutely sure that the item is right for you before you start to use it.
Should you need to try the car seat in your car, you must leave all labels on the product, as removing the labels will be considered as confirmation that you wish to keep the car seat.
Prior to using your car seat for the first time, please ensure that you have read the manufacturers installation manual, checked any car compatibility list, and visited YouTube to see if any installation videos are available.
Please note that once you assemble your pushchair it can't be returned so please make sure that you are certain that you want to keep the item before you remove it from packaging and assemble the item.
Please note that if you change your mind and want to return your car seat or pushchair, we will only accept returns where they are unused with manufacturer labels attached, and in their original packaging.
Please be aware that manufacturers warranties only cover purchases made by customers residing in the UK and any assistance to resolve issues will be made at the discretion of Simply Baby. Should we agree to assist you with any problems, you will be responsible for delivering the goods to our premises and any costs associated with that return.
