Product Care
The Doona seat cover, shoulder pads and canopy can be removed for washing. Before cleaning, check the care label sewn on the seat cover, for washing instructions. If the seat cover needs to be replaced at any time, use only an official Doona seat cover because it constitute an integral part of the restraint performance. To clean the shell, you can use a damp cloth.
Warranty
For the Doona Car Seat, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty period is effective from the day of purchase.

Free Delivery on all orders over £49.95 to standard UK Mainland addresses. Surcharges apply to deliveries made to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore/remote areas on orders under £99.
We use DPD for the delivery of most items and Evri/Royal Mail for smaller items.
Please note that all delivery timescales on our website are estimated and we kindly ask all customers to allow an extra 7 working days for delivery on top of all estimated delivery times when calculating your estimated delivery date.

If an item has a longer lead-time (e.g 10-14 working days) it means that this product is not a stock item and will be transferred from the supplier to complete your order.

Can I request delivery to an address other than my home address?
To guard against fraudulent applications, we are only able to deliver goods to your home address.
What if I would like to cancel/ return my order?
The first step is to contact the retailer directly to cancel your order. If you have already received your order, you’ll need to arrange for it to be returned using the retailer’s returns process. The retailer will then contact us to confirm your order has been returned, so we can issue a refund and cancel your credit agreement.
