All warehouse items are delivered to you via DPD on a next working day delivery. DPD offer a market leading technology called Predict that will provide you with a 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery.

Please ensure that you provide us with your mobile number and the correct email address when checking out as this is how you will be notified of your delivery window.

Privacy & Security:
We take your privacy and security very seriously at Simply Baby. We use the very latest in data encryption technology that ensures that your information is kept safe when placing your order online. Once you proceed to the checkout page you will see that the url prefix will change from http to https and a padlock will appear - this means that our ssl technology is encrypting your data and making it invisible.

Returns & Replacements:
We accept returns within 14 days providing that the items are unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be made at your own expense and with your own courier or we can collect from you at a rate of £19.95 per box, which must be paid for prior to the collection being arranged.

Should your item be faulty we will, where possible, arrange a collection and exchange with the same courier. In some circumstances we may need to use different couriers for the collection and delivery of your new item. Please note that where a collection/exchange is not possible we reserve the right to carry out the two part on process on consecutive days.

Ordering from Simply Baby couldn't be easier. Simply add the item to your basket, checkout and select your payment method. We will send you an order confirmation via email so please check both your inbox and any junk mail folders straight after ordering.

We recommend that you register on the account so that you can view your orders and track its progress.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
Our payments are processed in conjunction with SagePay and Global Payments from HSBC with additional anti-fraud measures provided by SagePay. It is important that you provide the correct billing address when you check out as extra checks can be required otherwise and this will delay your order.

We make every effort to ensure that all prices are accurate but there may be times when errors are made. If there has been an obvious pricing error we will notify you as soon as the mistake is identified and before the item is dispatched.

We run occasional promotions that are advertised to customers who subscribe to our newsletters and Facebook page.

Viewing Orders:
Registering on our website is the best way to access full information regarding your order, although guests can use the 'Orders & Returns' link found in our footer below.

Updating Account Information:
Only registered customers can log in to their accounts and update their information. Guests should use the contact form to notify us of any changes in relation to their order.
