With all of the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19 we wanted to provide an update on what we are doing as a business during these difficult times.
Important Summary of the Information below:
• Please allow an extra 7 working days on top of all advertised delivery times.
• All delivery times on our website are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Delivery times start from the next working day following receipt of your order, so an order placed on a Friday will not be seen until the following Monday.
• All delivery times are in working days and do not include bank holidays or weekends
• Please contact us before you place your order if you need the items quicker than the advertised time (plus 7 working days) and we will do our best to help.
Inline with Government guidelines we have closed our store to the public - we are still here for deliveries and collections but the doors are currently closed. If you are a local customer or an online customer that has arranged to collect your order from store this is still perfectly fine but we do require advanced notice of this so that we are able to follow social distancing rules.
We want to reassure our online customers that the online part of our company is still very much 'business as usual' as far as the processing and shipping of orders is concerned and it will continue this way until we are told otherwise by the Government. We can't guarantee that we will be able to maintain daily shipments as this is dependent on a number of factors including the health of our staff and couriers, but we will be processing orders as frequently as possible.
However, we do think that it is important to remind all customers and website visitors that stock positions are very uncertain at the moment so an item showing as 'In Stock' with an estimated delivery of more than 1 working day (e.g 2-3 working days, 5-7 working days or 10-14 working days etc) could actually take longer to arrive. Any items displayed with an estimated delivery time other than 'Next Working Day' will be something that is coming direct to you from a supplier or needs to be ordered in first before we send to you.
We base all of our website stock statuses on the information provided to us by our suppliers and, due to the ongoing spread of the virus, stock reports are not as readily available as they were prior to the outbreak.
Please note that all products on our website are listed on an estimated lead time and that we do ask you to allow an extra 7 working days on top of any advertised delivery times before placing your order. If you require your order quicker than the advertised delivery time we may still be able to help but you do need to contact us beforehand to check if this is possible.
If you require an item urgently or even within the estimated delivery time we would recommend that you send us a quick message before you place your order using the contact form on our website - this will allow us to confirm the exact availability of the item(s) that you want to order.
If you do not require the order urgently then please also consider sending us a message with your order number to let us know your due date so that we can add this to your order and work to these dates as best we can.
