Reward Points are our way of saying thank you for shopping with us and for helping to let other people know about our company.
How do I earn Reward Points?
There are lots of different ways that you can earn Reward Points at Simply Baby!
For every £1 you spend on simplybaby.co.uk you will earn 1 point, so the more you spend the more you earn. You can also earn points when you register for an account, leave a product review or refer our website to a friend.
The only condition is that you must be a registered customer and logged in to your account when placing your order - points are then calculated automatically based on your order value and added to your account once your order has been delivered.
How much are Reward Points worth?
You will receive £0.02p for every point that you earn, so if you spend £100.00 you will accumulate 100 Reward Points that are worth £2 to spend on your next order.
How can I check my Reward Points balance?
When you log into your account you will see a list on the left of the page with a section entitled ‘My Points and Rewards’. This is where you will find a breakdown of all Reward Points that have been both earned and spent.
How long do I have to spend my Reward Points?
Reward Points are currently valid for 365 days from the date of issue and will expire if left unused at the end of this period.

What are the requirements for credit?
Will a credit check be performed?
Yes. DivideBuy uses a third-party credit reference agency to perform a credit check. This is used in combination with your entered details and our own unique algorithm to assess affordability.
Will I have to pay a deposit?
Your first instalment is payable on completion of your order. In some instances, you may be required to pay a deposit based on a combination of your credit score, size of order and number of instalments selected.
How many instalments can I Spread the Cost over?
Depending on the total value of your order and the Retail Partner, you may be able to Spread the Cost up to 12 monthly instalments.
What happens if I want to end my agreement early?
DivideBuy offers the option to repay the remaining balance on your account at any point with no additional charges or fees to pay. You can do this by logging into your DivideBuy account on our website or by calling the Customer Service Team on 0800 085 0885.
Are there any other charges or fees?
There is 0% APR interest and no setup charges, cancellation or hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. DivideBuy reserve the right to add late payment fees to your account in the event of you missing payments, but this is all explained in your credit agreement before you complete the checkout process.
Instalment Plans are provided by DivideBuy (DivideBuy is a trading name of Rematch Credit Limited, company number 08097204. Credit subject to status and age. You may be asked to assign a guarantor if you have a poor credit history. Rematch Credit is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, registered number 626266).
If an item shows as 'In Stock' this could mean that the item is physically in stock with ourselves, or it could also mean that the item was showing as in stock on the last stock availability report that we received from our supplier.
If an item shows as 'Pre-Order' then this item is currently out of stock with either ourselves or our suppliers but we have an estimated date by which our supplier expects to receive more stock. Please note that if an item is on 'Pre-Order' then our standard estimated delivery times will still apply after the pre-order date.

Free Delivery on all orders over £49.95 to standard UK Mainland addresses. Surcharges apply to deliveries made to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore/remote areas.
We use DPD for the delivery of most items and Hermes for smaller items.
If an item has a longer lead-time (e.g 10-14 working days) it means that this product is not a stock item and will be transferred from the supplier to complete your order.
Please note that all details regarding availability is based on information provided to us by our supplier and, as a result, is not live and subject to change - should the expected delivery time be different from that stated on the website we will contact you.
As we do not hold these items in stock the stated lead-time is only estimated and can arrive sooner or later. We will normally only contact you if your delivery is likely to take seven working days longer than the estimated lead-time.
All delivery times on our website are in working days and do not include bank holidays and weekends. Please also note that delivery times will start from the next working day following receipt of your order, so an order placed on a Friday would not be seen until the following Monday.
We accept returns on orders within 14 days of delivery providing that they are unused and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of the products that we sell no returns are permitted on items once they have been assembled or have had labels removed.
