Acceptance of orders:

We advise you of this in case we have made any errors in pricing and description, or if we are unable to fulfill your order. We will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible if we have any stock problems or need to make you aware of any errors in pricing or description.

simplybaby reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

Credit and Debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may submit your orders for further checks to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers’ transactions. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Colour reproduction:

simplybaby has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.

If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).

Price information:

simplybaby has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include VAT where appropriate.

Warranty:

We offer a 28 day warranty against parts (Manufacturing Default) excluding labour and carriage, unless warranty details are provided in the item descriptions. . This warranty shall commence on the date of delivery. This warranty will not cover any loss, damage or injury caused by your neglect, misuse, abuse, wear and tear or accident howsoever arising.

simplybaby reserves the right to revise and change the terms and conditions detailed on the website without given notice. You are advised to check the terms and conditions regularly. Your use of this website signifies your consent and acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.

If you are located in France, delivery of the goods shall take place ex works at Rebo Trampoline’s premises at 38C Vanguard Way, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, SY1 3TG, England. Rebo Trampolines shall at your request arrange for suitable transport on your behalf to your premises as detailed in your order and arrange insurance for the goods. You will bear the cost of such transport and insurance and we will collect a sum equal to the price of those costs from you at the same time as you pay for the goods. You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once the goods begin to be loaded onto transport at our premises. If any goods are lost or damaged in transit, you must notify the carrier accordingly as soon as possible. Rebo Trampolines shall have no liability for any claim in respect of any loss or damage to the goods during transit.
