When will my order be delivered?

* To reduce your cost very light items are posted First Class Recorded Post. A cost of £1.99 is added to the cart rather than the usual £5.49. Normal cut off times apply.

All goods are sent with Next Day Delivery with the exception of some very light items which are posted First Class Recorded. If we receive your order before 1:00pm then it will be sent the same day to arrive by 5.00pm the next working day. If the order is received after 1:00pm then it will be dispatched the next working day for delivery by 5:00pm the following working day.

NB. Excludes Bank Holidays and Saturday/Sunday delivery.

For deliveries to UK Islands, Scottish Highlands, Ireland (Eire) and Northern Ireland. Please choose your location on checkout. The delivery charge will be added according to your location.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. All goods are sent via Initial City Link or Royal Mail

You will be sent a tracking email on dispatch which you can use to see your delivery status.

NB as almost all deliveries are Next Day - it is very unlikely you will ever need to track the parcel!
